Clients may purchase first session ($260), see how the process works, then determine if they wish to purchase discounted package (hours may be applied to package at discounted rate). 

 

 

MAINTENANCE PACKAGES: (subject to change)

To maintain your newly-organized space have a Professional Organizer visit monthly to tweek the system 

Six-month agreements available (fees guaranteed 6-months from purchase), each session=four hours

1x/month =  $240 mo ($60/hr)- 4 hrs (1 session)

2x/month =  $440 mo (Best value-$55/hr) - 8 hrs (two 4-hr sessions) 

 

HOME STAGING ESTIMATED COSTS

LABOR      $65/hr

Delivery and setup - Estimated range - 6-12 hrs  (once it is organized and decluttered)   

Accessory Removal - Estimate 1-3 hrs 

 

MATERIALS: (i.e., inventory, bins, baskets, etc.

Staging accessories provided on monthly rental (30-day basis)  (Based on number of rooms/items)
     Sample: Estimate Range $600 - $1,800

 2009 Average cost of inventory  = $1,000 (for 30-days)

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Hourly Rate: $35/hr

Financial Management - bill paying, filing, emails  

Differentiate paperwork -  

"organizing rates" apply for initial decluttering, sorting, and setup of filing system

"concierge rates" apply to maintaining an organized, decluttered system

Errands, shopping

Oversee movers


TERMS (FOR ALL SERVICES)

Includes:

Travel time to and from job within 20 mile radius of Leesburg (based on Mapquest);

otherwise an additional $20 will be added (discuss at time of service)

 

Additional Services Available:

Travel time to purchase additional materials - Hourly

Arrange furniture sales (Craig's List, Consignment, Auction Gallery) - Vendor

Materials (baskets, bins, file folders, etc.) - Actuals

If you have a special request, please call Janet Hanchuck at 703-282-1155 to discuss your needs.  We work with all budgets and can set up a payment schedule, if requested.     

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointment cancellations require 24-hr notice or client will be charged a 1-hour fee; if cancellation occurs the day of appointment, or no one is home when organizer arrives, a 3-hour fee will be charged.
